Traditional oils paints are highly toxic and on top of that I am allergic to them. I can't get it on my skin or it swells up and if I breathe it too much I get really sick. I love oil paint though, but it was literally killing me... it was kinda like a crack pipe would be I guess. So eventually I had to quit painting in oil altogether.

I bought a whole rack of acrylic colors. This is one of the first 2 acrylic paintings I did. It's Jordan Hall at Stanford University.

I eventually heard about "M.Graham & Co." they make walnut oil based paint that is non-toxic. I am so happy to have found those. They are SO much easier on my health than all those traditional brands of Death Oils out there.
