This painting is called MacDoel, CA. A friend of mine lived in that trailer while he was working for the forestry department. It was supplied by his employer but, it must be said, it was a total shithole. So, I commemorated his lost and difficult season in the woods with this small 4x6 inch rendering of his humble abode. As horrible as it was, it was, after all, in a terribly beautiful and infinitely remote part of the state.
