This is Bobby Kennedy. I took a keen interest in him, for some reason, when I became the same age as he was when... how can I say this... when he suddenly was no longer among us?
I mean... I feel bad for the guy, ya know? He seemed like a nice enough kid... he just happened to be born into a very ambitious family ...and he seemed to do a pretty good job playing the hand he was dealt.
I think the lesson learned here is that you should probably never fuck with The Mob. Probably not a good idea. I have an Italian name so maybe that notion just comes naturally to me. The Kennedy's were Irish... so, I would imagine their first impulse would probably be to fight. They might have been better served if they had thought that through a little more first.
In this painting, Bobby strikes me as having some really heavy thoughts. Like he's thinking about all the shit that went down after it it all already went down.
I should probably change the name of this painting to, "Fu-u-u-u-ck."
